Apple CEO Tim Cook is currently on a two-day visit to Vietnam, a significant manufacturing hub for the company. During his visit, Cook is expected to meet with students, content creators, and users of Apple products to gain a better understanding of their usage.

Apple has revealed plans to increase its spending on Vietnamese suppliers and support a local school clean water initiative. The company has invested nearly $16 billion in Vietnam through its supply chain partners since 2019.

This visit comes as Apple is diversifying its manufacturing operations, with some production being shifted to Vietnam.
